Wax Medium is truly a versatile product and is essential in every encaustic studio. Enkaustikos’ standard wax medium has a 6 to 1 ratio of U.S. Pharmaceutical Grade Refined Beeswax to Damar Gum. All Enkaustikos paints begin with their standard wax medium as the binder to which they add the highest load of artist quality pigments.

The package contains 200g of GREAT ART paste. For the safe installing of the wallpapers the paste offers a high adhesive strength.

The spatulas are very flexible, designed by Paco Benitez years ago. The small tip set with handle can also fit a wood burner attachment. The horn attachment is amazing for smoothing the wax and the little iron is excellent for small details.

There are 2 tyes of Scrapers. The flat edged one is “probably the best scraper in the world” and comes in just one size
